AWEC Policy for Riding Instruction

At AWEC riding instruction in all disciplines must only be given by people who hold coaches insurance and provide proof of such to AWEA Inc management committee. AWEC Inc does not accept liability for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever that occurs during the course of a lesson. Please see the links page for a list of appropriately insured instructors who are able to give lessons at AWEC.


If you would like to add anything to our fantastic newsletter including any classified ads, please make sure to prepare your item completely so it can be put straight into the newsletter. If you have any classifieds or news for the newsletter, please forward it on to Linda Martins our Office Administrator.

To renew your memberships, please make sure you have filled in your renewal forms and signed the disclaimer on the second page. You can get your forms in via post, email or drop them into the office or honesty box (across from stables). You can make your payments via, cheque, money order, credit card, direct deposit (bank details on forms) or pay in person at the office, or drop into the honesty box, thank you.

9:30am to 3pm Monday to Friday,
Office closed Weekends.
